Joanne Hodge - Site Leader

Jo has worked at Shortenills in Chalfont St Giles for the past 2 years, taking on the role of SENDCo and Deputy Head. This comes after 24 years teaching in mainstream schools, latterly involved more in the pastoral side of the school system as a Head of Year. Jo has loved her time working at Aspire and has found the opportunity to be involved with such amazing young people, in such a small and relationship-driven environment, to be an absolute privilege. She now continues her Aspire journey as Site Leader for the newly opened Shortenills Abbey where she cannot wait to see this provision grow and the pupils flourish.
