Aspire Alternative Provision

Behaviour Support Team Assistant Chesham

Overview

Aspire has an exciting opportunity for a creative and resilient applicant to join our Behaviour Support Team, at our Chesham alternative provision school, to support the daily management of student behaviour and to develop strategies and interventions to help engage students with learning.

Our Behaviour Support Team is responsible for ensuring that students are able to manage their social, emotional and/or mental health needs, and therefore succeed in their learning. Our teams are on call throughout the day to support students, to help them de-escalate when in crisis, and to help them make things right after any incidents. Our teams also support students with pastoral issues such as well-being, safeguarding and attendance. We are working to develop the work of the team alongside our Strategic Lead for SEND in order to plan and deliver interventions to support students pro-actively, not just reactively, with their SEMH.

The applicant pack can be downloaded here.
