Behaviour Support Lead - High Wycombe
Overview
We are looking for an exceptional individual to lead behaviour support activities at our alternative provision school The Wycombe Grange. The Behaviour Support Lead is responsible, under the direction and support of the Head of School, for the daily management of student behaviour. The post holder will be responsible for developing strategies and interventions to help engage students with learning and to improve student attendance.

Personal attributes
Our ideal candidate might already have experience in this kind of setting, or you might have related experience of behaviour management and working with challenging, vulnerable children and young people in another type of setting. Either way, you will be excited to see what can be achieved in our provision.
Salary & Benefits
Aspire Support Staff Range 4-5 (Actual salary for 43 weeks plus holiday pay is £27,663 to £32,550)
